TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?
All orders are prepared within a maximum of 48 business hours after confirmation. This timeframe may vary during special campaigns or peak seasons.
Personalised products or pre-order items require additional preparation time, which will be specified during the checkout process. If your order includes multiple items, it will be shipped once all products are ready.
*During Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions, shipping may experience delays. In such cases, you will be informed in advance.
We are not responsible for external factors beyond Little Cirkus' control that may delay or prevent delivery and are not covered by our logistics partners.

For other international shipments, the shipping cost will be shown at checkout depending on the destination country. These shipments are handled by UPS.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Customs duties and local taxes are not included in the total order amount. These charges may vary depending on the destination country. Below is a general guide:

United States: Orders under 800 USD are usually exempt from customs duties and taxes. This applies in most cases when the order is a gift or a personal purchase. Please make sure your order does not exceed this amount and that you provide your Social Security Number (SSN) to ensure successful delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package along its journey.
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue with the courier service. Please note that if the package is delivered to a freight forwarder by the customer’s choice, we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged items.
