I NEED HELP PLACING AN ORDER
It's easy to shop at Little Cirkus – here’s how:
- Make sure you’ve selected the country where you want your order to be delivered.
- Browse the products you’re interested in.
- Select a product and add it to your cart. Then, choose to keep shopping or go straight to your cart.
- Review all the information provided in your cart and make sure to accept it before proceeding.
- After that, you can head to checkout.
- Enter the shipping address where you’d like us to send your order.
- Select a valid payment method and confirm your purchase.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with a tracking link once it has been shipped—so you can follow it every step of the way.
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

To ensure we meet our delivery times, we need to act quickly when preparing your order. For this reason, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’re being processed.
Instead, we kindly ask you to follow our return procedure once your order has arrived.
We want you to be able to track your order at any time. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track it live. If the tracking information isn’t updated right away, we recommend checking back within 24 hours.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Yes! Items must be in perfect condition, with original tags and must not have been used or washed.
We accept exchanges and/or returns within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.

At the moment, we do not accept product exchanges. In this case, you will need to return the item and place a new order for the one you want. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Service team at help@littlecirkusbrand.com.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are prepared within a maximum of 48 business hours after order confirmation.
Personalised products or items marked as “pre-order” require additional preparation time. If your order includes multiple items, it will be shipped once all products are ready.

It depends on the conditions of each promotion. Some discount codes can be combined, while others cannot. We recommend checking the terms of each code before completing your purchase.
PRICES
The price of a product may vary depending on currency exchange rates or if a promotion or discount is applied. LITTLE CIRKUS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed. LITTLE CIRKUS is not obligated to offer any compensation to the customer after the purchase has been made.
E-GIFT CARD
You can purchase a Digital Gift Card on our website or at our own stores. The gift card code will be sent by email to the person receiving the gift.

The E-Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date it is received by email.
You can access the private area of your E-Gift Card by clicking the link included in your confirmation email, where you’ll be able to check the remaining balance.
You can redeem your E-Gift Card code, received by email, during checkout at littlecirkusbrand.com.
E-Gift Cards can be used as many times as you like until the balance is fully spent. If your purchase exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
If you decide to return a product, the amount paid with the E-Gift Card will be refunded back to the same card. Any amount paid using another payment method will be refunded using that same method.
Please note that the E-Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is a digital product.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Therefore, if you return a product purchased with an E-Gift Card, the amount will be refunded to the same E-Gift Card.
STOCK
If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as “temporarily out of stock” and we’ll do our best to restock it as soon as possible. On the product page, you can leave your email address to be notified when it becomes available again. If the item is no longer available and there are no plans to restock it, it will be removed from the website.
