WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

At Little Cirkus, we understand how important it is to feel satisfied with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day period from the date you receive your package.

We do not offer exchanges for other products or sizes. If you need a different item or size, please return the original product and place a new order.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, undamaged, and in their original or similar packaging. Little Cirkus reserves the right to inspect all returned products and will only issue a refund if the item is in the same condition in which it was sent.

If you received a defective product, please contact us before initiating the return process by writing to help@littlecirkusbrand.com We’ll be happy to assist you and arrange the return at no additional cost.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To start a return, go to our returns portal and fill in the required fields with:

• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)

• The email address used to place the order

Once you submit the request, you’ll receive instructions on how to prepare and send your package.

RETURN COSTS

Spain: €5

Balearic Islands: 12€

Portugal, France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Netherlands: 15€

United Kingdom: 20€

Swiss: 60€

Other EU countries: 20€

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We do not accept returns on personalised items or E-Gift Cards.

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after returning the original one — or at the same time.

Little Cirkus reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
